1. DOUBLE NEEDLE BAR WARP KNITTING MAHCINE E2281
APPLICATION:
Double needle bar warp knitting machine E2281 consist of high pile
type and short pile type(DM).
The warp knitting machine can be used for knitting 16---30(60)mm
high double plush which can be cut into single face plush fabrics,
the fabrics can be used for knitting acrylic boa, blanket, car
decorative fabrics. The knitting materiats used are polyester
fibre, acrylic, viscose rayon, wool etc.
The warp knitting machine can be used for knitting 4---25mm short
double plush which can be cut into single face plush fabrics. The
fabrics are widely used in sofa, automobile sofa-covers, curtains,
decoration fabrics, etc, the knitting materials used are polyester,
polyamide, acrylic, polypropylene, viscose rayon and cotton,
blended yarn, etc.
Character:
The trick plate’s space is 16---30mm, and it is used for knitting
4—25mm or 16---60mm high double plush by means of varying knitting
conjugate cams.
Yarn let-off is active feeding with a whole big roller(119mm
diameter), each beam and let-off box is corresponding.
Adopting pattern disks which can remit the strike, in favor of
machine’s high speed running.
Timing belt is adopted in the pattern drive and let-off drive, it
can improve the veracity of the guide bars’ shog and ensure
constant feeding.
The machine frame design is very rational, improved the fixity and
reduced the vibration and noise, also in favor of setting and
operating.
There are stairs in the machine tail and four walkways upper the
machine frame in favor of machine’s operation.
Added the unload device of sinker bar. While replacing the latch
needles, it can be swinged out of the work area, make operating
more convenient.
2. Warp knitting machine E2291A
The machine is suitable to produce raised fabrics, velvet,
plain-velvet, usually adopt chemical fibers such as polyester,
polyamide, acrylic, polypropylene and viscose or natural fibers
such as fine cotton yarn, blended yarn etc for knitting plain or
dyed fabrics with pile height of 1.5---6mm and space fabrics with
thickness of 3----12mm. The naps looped on the fabrics, which touch
gently plump and hardly come off from the base cloth, can be widely
used for production of a variety of fabrics for upholstery,
automobile slipcovers, pattern bedclothes, side cloth, cotton
blankets, curtains as well as apparel, sportswear, shoes, fabrics,
beachwear, swimsuit, uniform, shoulder pats and technical articles.
3.Terry warp knitting machine GE272
Application:
The machine is suitable to knit one-sided terry fabric and
double-side terry fabric such as towel, bath towel, bathrobe, towel
quilt, dish towel etc from polyamide fiber, polyester filament
fiber, cotton yarn and fine fiber. in case of shearing and raising
the long loop, it can also be made into cotton blanket etc, due to
being fasted with the stitch of base cloth, the terry is flat and
smooth, and hardly come out of base cloth.

Application
The machines are suitable for producing fabrics of plain, elastic
and velvet etc from various of fibres, such as polyester,
polyamide, acrylic, spandex, textured filament yarn, blended yarn.
